Getting There

Walking
From the center of Yosemite Village, head northeast on Village Drive towards the intersection with Northside Drive. Continue straight for about 0.5 miles. As you walk, you will pass the Yosemite Visitor Center on your left. After approximately 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the intersection of Northside Drive. Turn left onto Northside Drive and continue walking for another 0.3 miles. You will see the iconic views of the valley opening up in front of you, leading you directly into Yosemite Valley.

Start at the Yosemite Village bike rental shop, located near the Visitor Center. Rent a bike and head east on the bike path from the shop. Follow the bike path that runs parallel to Northside Drive.
