Getting There

• Train

  From Stamford, head to the Stamford Train Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. Take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal. Disembark at the 125th Street station in Harlem, which is approximately a 45-minute ride. Once you arrive at 125th Street, transfer to the A or C subway line towards downtown Manhattan. Board the A or C train, and travel to 59th Street – Columbus Circle. At Columbus Circle, transfer to the 1 subway line heading towards South Ferry and ride it to the 59th Street station. From there, it is a short walk to Central Park where Belvedere Castle is located.

  You can take a bus from Stamford to New York City. Look for the Greyhound or Peter Pan bus services that depart from Stamford. Purchase a ticket to New York Port Authority Bus Terminal. The journey typically takes about an hour and a half. Once you arrive at Port Authority, walk to 42nd Street and then take the subway. Board the 1 subway line at 42nd Street – Times Square station heading towards South Ferry. Get off at the 59th Street station. From there, walk to Central Park, where you will find Belvedere Castle.
