To reach the Metropolitan Opera House at 30 Lincoln Center Plaza, New York, NY 10023 from Stamford, head to the Stamford Transportation Center. From there, take the Metro-North Railroad train toward Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central, transfer to the MTA subway system and take the 1 train (the red line) towards 242nd Street. You will need to get off at the 66th Street - Lincoln Center station. Once you exit the station, walk west on 66th Street towards Amsterdam Avenue, and then turn left onto Amsterdam Avenue. Continue walking until you reach 30 Lincoln Center Plaza; the Metropolitan Opera House will be on your right.
