From Stamford, take the Metro-North Railroad New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the Bridgeport station. At Bridgeport, transfer to the Metro-North New Haven Line train towards New Haven and get off at the New Haven Union Station. From there, take the Amtrak Northeast Regional train heading towards New York City. Disembark at Penn Station in Manhattan. Once at Penn Station, follow the signs to the 34th Street subway station. Take the E train towards World Trade Center and get off at the 42nd Street-Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to the 7 train towards Flushing and get off at the Mets-Willets Point station. Follow the signs to Flushing Meadows Corona Park, which is a short walk away.
