If you are in Stamford, find the nearest Metro-North train station, which is Stamford Station located at 30 Station Pl, Stamford, CT 06902. From there, purchase a ticket to Grand Central Terminal in New York City. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, exit the station and head towards 42nd Street. Walk west on 42nd Street until you reach 6th Avenue, then turn left to catch the MTA subway. Take the MTA subway train 'F' heading towards Jamaica-179th Street. Ride for about 10 stops until you reach 59th Street - Columbus Circle. Exit the subway and walk a few blocks northeast towards Central Park. The Sheep Meadow is located at 1802 E 65th St, within Central Park. It will be on your left side as you approach the park.
