From the center of Arorangi, head east towards the main road (Ara Tapu). When you reach the Ara Tapu, turn left and continue walking along the road. Look for signs indicating Avarua. After about 15-20 minutes, you will reach a junction. Continue straight, passing by local shops and cafes on your right. Keep walking for another 10 minutes until you see the turn-off for Tupapa Tapere. Turn right onto Tupapa Tapere Road and proceed straight. Arai-Te-Tonga is located at the coordinates Q7P2+GX2, Avarua, which you can find by looking for a small path leading towards the beach area. The landmark is near the coast and should be visible in the distance as you approach.
