From the center of Nikao, head southeast towards the main road (Ara Tapu). Continue walking along Ara Tapu for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Avaavaroa Passage. Turn left onto Avaavaroa Passage and continue for about 500 meters. Ocean Toa Cook Islands will be on your right-hand side. Look for signage indicating the location as you approach.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Nikao and ride southeast on Ara Tapu. Stay on Ara Tapu for approximately 1.5 kilometers, then turn left onto Avaavaroa Passage.
