Walking
Start at the town center of Soufrière, where the main market is located. Head northeast on the main road (Route 132) towards the direction of the Sulphur Springs. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road splits into two. Take the left fork towards Fond St. Jacques. After about 200 meters, you will see a sign for the Edmund Forest Trail on your right. Follow the path until you reach the entrance of the trail.
Hiking
Once you've found the entrance to the Edmund Forest Trail, prepare for a hike that will take you through lush vegetation and beautiful landscapes. The trail is well-marked, so follow the signs as you make your way along the path. Make sure to bring water and wear sturdy shoes, as parts of the trail can be steep and rocky.
