If you are driving from Quito, take the Pan-American Highway (E28) southbound. After about 45 km, take the exit towards Calle Antonio Borrero. Follow the road signs for Cotopaxi and continue until you reach the town of Machachi. From Machachi, continue on the E28 road towards the town of El Chaupi. Drive for approximately 30 km, then turn left onto the road leading to the Reserva Ecologica Antisana. Follow the signs until you reach the park entrance. Note that there may be a small entrance fee to access the reserve.
