    From the main town of Nueva Loja in Sucumbíos Region, drive east on the E45 highway towards Cuyabeno. Keep following the signs for Cuyabeno, which is approximately 35 km from Nueva Loja. After about 30 minutes of driving, you will reach a junction where you should turn left onto the road heading into the Cuyabeno Wildlife Reserve. Continue this road for about 10 km until you see signs for Canangueno Lodge. There may be a small fee for entering the reserve, so keep some cash handy.
