If you are starting from Freiburg's main train station (Freiburg Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head east on Eisenbahnstraße. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Bismarckallee. Turn left onto Bismarckallee and walk until you reach the large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Wilhelmstraße. Follow Wilhelmstraße until you reach the next major crossroads, then turn right onto Konviktstraße. Continue walking straight for about 300 meters until you reach Konviktstraße 17W, which will be on your left.

From Freiburg's main train station (Freiburg Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 1 towards 'Laßbergstraße' or tram line 3 towards 'Zähringen'. Get off at the 'Bertoldsbrunnen' stop. From there, walk east along Kaiserstraße until you reach the intersection with Friedrichstraße. Turn left onto Friedrichstraße and then immediately turn right onto Konviktstraße. Continue straight for a short distance, and you will find Konviktstraße 17W on your right.
