From Freiburg city center, head to the nearest tram stop, which is 'Freiburg, Rathaus' (the main town hall area). Take tram line 1 or 3 in the direction of 'Littenweiler' or 'Vauban'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Freiburg, Zähringerstraße' stop. From there, walk straight down Zähringerstraße, which will turn into Fischerau. Continue walking for about 5 minutes, and you will find Black Forest Tours at Fischerau 24.

From Freiburg central train station (Hauptbahnhof), head to the bus stop located just outside the station. Take bus number 21 towards 'Zähringen'. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the 'Fischerau' stop. Once you get off, walk back along Fischerau street for a brief 2-minute walk, and you will arrive at Black Forest Tours located at Fischerau 24.

If you are in the city center, you can walk to Black Forest Tours. Start at the Freiburg Cathedral and head towards the Historical Merchants' Hall. From there, continue straight to the 'Rathaus' (town hall), then follow the directions above to the tram stop 'Freiburg, Rathaus'. Take tram line 1 or 3 to 'Freiburg, Zähringerstraße' as described, or head directly to Fischerau by walking down Zähringerstraße, which turns into Fischerau. This walk should take around 20-25 minutes.
