From the center of Kalabaka, head northwest on Trikalon Street (Οδός Τρικάλων) towards the intersection with 1st of May Street (Οδός 1ης Μαΐου). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the road leading to Kastraki. Keep walking straight for about 1.5 km, passing by the impressive rock formations of Meteora. Look for signs directing you to the Winery Liakou. Once you reach the junction at the 24th km marker of Kalampakas-Deskates road, take a left turn and follow the road until you reach the winery.
