If you are starting from the central square of Nafplio, known as Syntagma Square, head southeast towards the intersection with Vasileos Konstantinou Street. Continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Staikopoulou Street. Turn right onto Staikopoulou Street. The Komboloi Museum will be on your left at number 25, just a short walk from the square.

If you are near the port area of Nafplio, start by walking up the main promenade along the waterfront. Head towards the old town and follow the signs towards the central square (Syntagma Square). Once you reach the square, follow the previous instructions to get to the museum by walking southeast and turning right onto Staikopoulou Street.
