Walking
Start from the center of St. Andrew, at the St. Andrew's Church. Head east on La Rue des Forges, passing by local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the junction with La Rue du Tertre. Turn left onto La Rue du Tertre. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a roundabout. Take the second exit onto La Rue de la Mare. Follow this road until you reach the coast, where you will see signs for Fort Hommet. Continue along the coastal path, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Fort Hommet.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start at St. Andrew's Church. Head east along La Rue des Forges and take a right turn onto La Rue de la Mare. Follow this road as it bends towards the coast. Continue cycling until you reach the coastal path. Follow the signs for Fort Hommet, which will lead you right to the fort. The bike ride should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your pace.
Public Transport (Bus)
From St. Andrew, walk to the nearest bus stop on La Rue des Forges. Check the local bus schedule for the number that heads towards the coastal areas, specifically to the Fort Hommet stop. This may require a short ride of about 10-15 minutes. Once you disembark at the Fort Hommet stop, follow the signs leading to the fort, which will be a short walk from the bus stop.
