Starting from St. Andrew's Parish Church, exit the church and head southwest on La Rue de La Mare. Continue straight until you reach the junction with La Rue des Pies. Turn left onto La Rue des Pies, and follow it until it merges into La Rue de la Ville. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with La Rue de La Falaise. Turn right onto La Rue de La Falaise, and proceed until you reach the coast. Keep walking along the coastal path until you see the signs for Vale Castle. The castle is located on Castle Road, which is just a short distance from the coastal path.

From St. Andrew's Parish Church, walk to the nearest bus stop on La Rue de La Mare. Take bus number 91 or 92 towards St. Peter Port. After approximately 15 minutes, get off at the stop named 'Vale Castle'. From the bus stop, it's a short walk down Castle Road to reach Vale Castle.
