    Starting from the center of Egilsstaðir, head southwest on Aðalstræti towards the Egilsstaðir Swimming Pool. Continue straight for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Seyðisfjarðavegur. Turn right onto Seyðisfjarðavegur. After approximately 3.5 kilometers, you will arrive at Egilsstaðir útsýnisstaður, which is located on the left side of the road. Look for the viewpoint signs along the way to help guide you.

    If you are renting a bicycle, begin at the Egilsstaðir town center. Cycle southwest along Aðalstræti, following the same route as pedestrians. After 1.2 kilometers, turn right onto Seyðisfjarðavegur. Continue cycling for about 3.5 kilometers. The Egilsstaðir útsýnisstaður will be on your left. Make sure to ride safely and keep an eye out for traffic.
