If you are near the Waterloo Transit Center, take bus route 4 towards Cedar Falls. Get off at the Cedar Bend St & W 5th St stop. From there, walk south on Cedar Bend St for about 0.2 miles. Tibbitts Park will be on your left at 570 Cedar Bend St. A single fare for public transport is approximately $1.25.

Tibbitts Park is located at 570 Cedar Bend St, Waterloo, IA 50703. From downtown Waterloo, drive northwest on W 4th Street, then turn left onto Cedar Bend Street. Continue on Cedar Bend Street until you reach the park on your right. Parking is available in the park's parking lot. The first hour of parking is free, after which it is $1 per hour for hours 2-4, and $2 per hour starting at hour 5. A daily maximum of $6 applies to parking ramps.
