From Pisa Centrale train station, take a train towards Lucca. Trains run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Lucca station, exit the station and head towards the bus stop located just outside. You can catch a local bus (Line L) towards Marlia. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Marlia - Via Fraga Alta.' From there, it's a short 10-minute walk to Villa Reale di Marlia, following Via Fraga Alta.

Starting from the main square in Pisa, Piazza dei Miracoli, walk to the bus stop 'Piazza delle Vettovaglie' which is about a 10-minute walk. Catch the bus number 3 towards Lucca. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Marlia - Via Fraga Alta' stop. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to Villa Reale di Marlia via Via Fraga Alta.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from a local shop in Pisa. Head towards the Lungarno (the riverbank). Follow the cycling path along the Arno River towards Lucca. It’s about a 20 km ride, taking approximately 1.5 hours. Once you reach Lucca, follow the signs to Marlia. Upon reaching Marlia, continue on Via Fraga Alta until you reach Villa Reale di Marlia.

Although it is quite a long walk, if you're up for an adventure, you can walk from Pisa to Marlia. Start at the Leaning Tower of Pisa and head north towards Lucca. The total distance is about 20 km and would take approximately 4 hours. Make sure to follow Via Garibaldi and then continue on Via Roma leading into Lucca. Once in Lucca, follow the directions to Marlia, then take Via Fraga Alta to reach Villa Reale di Marlia.
