    Start your journey from Hakata Station, the main train station in Fukuoka. Purchase a ticket to Tagawa City, which is on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line. Board a train heading towards Omuta. The train ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Tagawa City Station, exit the station and look for the bus stop nearby.

    At the bus stop next to Tagawa City Station, take the Nishitetsu Bus bound for 'Ita'. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Ita' stop. From the bus stop, walk straight for about 600 meters along the main road until you reach the Tagawa City Coal and History Museum, which will be on your left.
