    If you are driving from Hakone, take Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) towards Kamakura. The drive takes about 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Kamakura, follow the signs towards Hase. You can park at one of the nearby paid parking lots (costs around 500-1000 yen for a few hours).
