If you are driving from Hakone, take Route 1 (National Route 1) towards Odawara. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection near Kamakura. Look for signs directing you to Kamakura and follow Route 134. After approximately 30-40 minutes of driving, you will arrive in Kamakura. The Kamakura Music Box Museum is located at 3 Chome-10-33 Hase, Kamakura. Look for parking options nearby; public parking is available, but note that it may incur a fee.

Train
To reach the Kamakura Music Box Museum via public transport, start by taking the Hakone Tozan Railway from Hakone-Yumoto Station to Odawara Station. Once at Odawara, transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and take a train heading towards Tokyo. Get off at Kamakura Station (approximately 30 minutes travel time). From Kamakura Station, take the Enoden Line (Enoshima Electric Railway) towards Hase Station. The ride is approximately 6 minutes. After arriving at Hase Station, it’s a 10-minute walk to the museum. Upon exiting the station, head towards Hase-dera Temple, and follow the signs to the museum located at 3 Chome-10-33 Hase.

Alternatively, you can take a bus from Hakone to Kamakura. Look for the Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus service that goes directly to Kamakura. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Kamakura Station, you can either walk or take the Enoden Line to Hase Station. The museum is just a short walk from Hase Station, following the directions mentioned above.
