Public Transportation
If you are starting from Hakone-Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Railway train towards Gora Station. The train ride takes about 35 minutes. Once you arrive at Gora Station, exit the station and walk along the signs for Hakone Gōra Park, which is approximately a 10-minute walk (about 800 meters). You will follow the road leading to the park, and you will be able to see signs indicating the direction.

If you are driving, you can set your GPS to 'Hakone Gōra Park, 1300 Gora, Hakone, Kanagawa 250-0408'. From Hakone-Yumoto, take Route 1 towards Gora. Follow the signs for Gora, and after approximately 20 minutes, turn onto Route 132 at the Gora area. The park will be on your right-hand side. There is parking available near the park, but note that there may be a parking fee of around 500 yen per hour.
