Car
If you're traveling by car from Hakone, head southeast on Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) towards Itō. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the Itō interchange. Take the exit towards Itō and follow the signs for Route 135. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto Route 112. After a short drive, you will see signs for Mount Omuro Climbing Chairlifts. There is parking available near the chairlifts, which may incur a small fee.

Train and Bus
Start your journey from Hakone Yumoto Station. Take the Hakone Tozan Railway train towards Gora Station. At Gora Station, transfer to the Hakone Tozan Cable Car and take it to Sounzan Station. From Sounzan, board the Hakone Ropeway towards Togendai. Get off at the Owakudani Station and transfer to the bus heading to the Mount Omuro Climbing Chairlifts.
