If you're driving from Hakone, head south on Route 1 (Tōmei Expressway) towards Atami. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit towards Futo. Continue on Futo Road (県道135号線) for about 10 minutes until you see signs for Sakura no sato. There is parking available on-site.

Public Transportation
From Hakone Yumoto Station, take the Hakone Tozan Railway train towards Gora. Transfer at Gora Station to the Hakone Tozan Cable Car and ride to Sounzan Station. From Sounzan, board the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani Station. At Owakudani, switch to the Izu Hakone Railway bus (line 2) towards Ito and get off at 'Sakura no sato' bus stop. The entire journey takes around 1.5 hours and costs approximately ¥1,700.
