If you are driving, head towards Itō City in Shizuoka Prefecture. Use the Tomei Expressway and take the Atsugi IC exit. Follow Route 135 towards Itō. Once you are in Itō, follow the signs for Futo. After arriving in Futo, look for the Izu Oceanic Park Diving Center which is located at 841-1 Futo, Itō, Shizuoka 413-0231. There is parking available on-site.

Take the train to Itō Station via the JR Ito Line. Once at Itō Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal. Board the 'Izu Kōgen' bus, which will take you toward Futo.
