From Shukkeien Garden, exit the garden through the main entrance. Turn left and walk along the road until you reach the intersection with the main road, Heiwa Odori. Cross the street at the crosswalk and proceed straight on Heiwa Odori for about 1.2 kilometers until you reach the Hiroshima Bus Center.

At the Hiroshima Bus Center, look for Bus No. 21 (to Hiroshima Botanical Garden). The fare is approximately 220 JPY. Board the bus and stay on for about 30 minutes. Disembark at the 'Hiroshima Botanical Garden' stop. From there, it is a short walk to the garden entrance.
