Experience Goshikizakura Bridge

Getting There

  • Car

    If you're traveling by car, start your journey in Hitachi city. Head southwest on Route 6 towards Mito. Continue on Route 6 for about 40 km until you reach the junction for Route 354. Take Route 354 towards Adachi City. Follow Route 354 for approximately 20 km. Eventually, you will see signs for Goshikizakura Bridge. There is parking available near the bridge, but it may incur a fee of about 500 yen.

    For those using public transportation, you will first need to get to Hitachi Station. From Hitachi Station, take the JR Joban Line towards Toride. Transfer at Matsudo Station to the JR Narita Line. Get off at Ayase Station and transfer to the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. Travel to the end of the line at Yoyogi Uehara Station. From there, take a bus (bus number 04) directly to Goshikizakura Bridge. The entire trip will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and cost around 1,500 yen for train tickets and bus fare.
