Continue on Route 140 for about 10 km until you reach the intersection with Route 28. Turn right onto Route 28 and follow the signs for Nishigahara. The shrine will be located at 2 Chome-11-1 Nishigahara, Kita City, Tokyo 114-0024. Look for parking signs nearby the shrine.
