    If you are driving, start from Izu city center and head south on Route 1 (Izu Bypass). Take the exit towards Matsuzaki. Continue on Route 414 for about 20 minutes until you reach Matsuzaki. Follow the signs to Kumomi Sengen Shrine, which will be located at 386-2 Kumomi, Matsuzaki. There is parking available near the shrine.

    For those using public transportation, take the Izu Kyuko Line from Izu station to Matsuzaki station. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
