If you are traveling by car, head towards Minamiizu from the central Izu area. Take Route 135 southbound and follow the signs for Minamiizu. Once you reach Minamiizu, continue on Route 135 until you see signs for Togai Beach, which is located at 1590 Iruma, Minamiizu, Kamo District, Shizuoka. The beach has a parking area available, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 to 1000 yen depending on the season.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
To reach Togai Beach via public transport, start by taking the Izu Kyuko Line train from any station in Izu to the 'Minamiizu' station. Once you arrive at Minamiizu station, exit and look for the bus stop for the Minamiizu Town Bus. Take the bus towards Iruma and get off at the Togai Beach stop. The bus ride takes approximately 20 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends and holidays.

Walking from Bus Stop
If you arrive at Togai Beach by bus, you will be dropped off right at the beach entrance. From the bus stop, simply follow the path down to the beach. It's a short walk of about 5 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the coastline as you approach the beach.
