Getting There

Car
From the center of Izu, head south on Route 135. Follow the signs for Minamiizu. After approximately 30 km, you will reach Koura, Minamiizu. Look for signs to Seaside, which is located near the coast. Parking is available near the beach area, but be aware that some lots may charge a fee.

Train and Bus
Take the Izu Hakone Railway from Izu Station to Shuzenji Station. Transfer to the JR Tokaido Line and head towards Numazu. At Numazu Station, switch to the Izu Hakone Railway again, this time to the Izukyu Line towards Ito. Get off at Koura Station. From there, take a local bus (Kamo Bus) that heads to the beach area. The bus fare is approximately 300 yen.
