If you are driving, head towards Route 135 from any location in Izu. Follow the signs for Minamiizu. Once you get to Minamiizu, continue on Route 135 until you see a sign for Irozaki. Turn onto Irozaki Street and follow it until you reach Irozaki Ocean Park, located at 546-5 Irozaki, Minamiizu, Kamo District, Shizuoka 415-0156. Parking is available at the park, but please check for any parking fees.

To reach Irozaki Ocean Park by public transportation, take the Izu Kyuko Line from Izukyu-Shimoda Station. Board a train bound for Izukyu-Shimoda and get off at Irozaki Station. From the station, you can take a local taxi directly to Irozaki Ocean Park, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. Taxi fares may vary but expect to pay around 1,500 to 2,000 yen.
