If you're driving from central Izumi, head west on Route 3. Follow the signs for Amakusa and continue straight for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 266. Turn left onto Route 266, and after about 10 kilometers, take a right onto Ushibukamachi Road. Amatsuke Park will be on your left at the address 3370-2 Ushibukamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto 863-1901. There is free parking available at the park.
