Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Kyoto and take the Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Exit on the Kyoto City Loop. Follow the route along the Kamo River until you reach the intersection with Shijo Street. From there, head west on Shijo Street and turn north onto Bizenjimacho. Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto is located at 310-2 Bizenjimacho, Nakagyo Ward. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply.

Public Transportation
To reach Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto by public transport, take the Karasuma Line from Kyoto Station to Shijo Station. Exit the station and walk west along Shijo Street for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Bizenjimacho. Turn north onto Bizenjimacho, and you will find Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto at 310-2 Bizenjimacho, Nakagyo Ward. The train fare is approximately 210 yen one way.

Bus
Alternatively, you can take a bus from Kyoto Station. Board the number 205 bus bound for 'Kitano Tenmangu' and get off at the 'Shijo Karasuma' stop. From there, walk north on Karasuma Street and then turn west onto Shijo Street. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Bizenjimacho. Turn north on Bizenjimacho, and Rissei Garden Hulic Kyoto will be on your left. The bus fare is around 230 yen.
