Public Transport - Bus
From Kyoto Station, head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Look for Bus No. 26, which goes directly to 'Kyoto Aquarium'. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Kyoto Aquarium' bus stop, the aquarium is just a short walk away, located within Umekoji Park. Follow the signs to the entrance.

Public Transport - Subway and Walk
Take the Karasuma Subway Line from Kyoto Station towards Kokusaikaikan and get off at 'Kitaoji Station' (about 5 minutes). Transfer to Bus No. 205, which will take you to 'Kyoto Aquarium' (approximately 20 minutes). After alighting at the 'Kyoto Aquarium' bus stop, follow the signs leading to Umekoji Park, where the aquarium is located.

If you prefer to walk from Kyoto Station, exit the station and head southwest towards Umekoji Park. The walk is approximately 20-25 minutes. Walk along the main road, following the signs towards Umekoji Park. Once you enter the park, follow the path leading to the aquarium entrance.
