Getting There

    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 26 towards 'Kitaoji Bus Terminal.' Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Myoshin-ji' stop. After disembarking, follow the signs to Myoshin-ji Temple. The entrance to Myoshin-ji Torin-in is located within the temple complex.

  • Train and Walk

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR San-in Line (also known as theJR Sagano Line) towards 'Saga-Arashiyama.' Get off at 'Hanazono Station' (approximately 15 minutes). Once you exit the station, head north on Hanazono-cho street. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach Myoshin-ji Torin-in, located at 59 Hanazonomyoshinjicho.
