Getting There

  • Train

    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. Get off at Fushimi Inari Station (approximately a 5-minute ride). Once you exit the station, follow the signs to Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine. After exploring Fushimi Inari, walk back to the station and head to the Fushimi Ward exit. From there, head northwest on Fukakusa Kaidoguchicho Street. The Zeniarai Benzaiten Shrine will be a short walk from the exit, approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

    From Kyoto Station, take bus number 206 or 208 to Fushimi Inari Taisha. After visiting the Fushimi Inari Shrine, walk back to the bus stop and take bus number 78. Get off at the Fukakusa Kaidoguchicho bus stop. From there, the Zeniarai Benzaiten Shrine is only a 5-minute walk. Head north on Fukakusa Kaidoguchicho Street until you reach the shrine.
