    If you are driving from central Musashi, take the Ken-O Expressway (圏央道) and exit at the Chichibu exit (秩父IC). From there, follow the signs to Route 140 (国道140号) towards Chichibu. Continue on Route 140 until you reach Route 299 (国道299号). Follow Route 299 for approximately 20 km, and then take a left onto the road leading to Mitsumine Shrine. Parking is available near the shrine, but be aware that it may be limited during peak times.

    To reach Mitsumine Shrine using public transportation, take a train from Musashi to Seibu Chichibu Station (西武秩父駅) via the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. The journey takes about 1.5 hours.
