Car
From Mutsu city center, head southeast on Route 279 (Mutsu Bypass) towards the Shimokita Peninsula. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will arrive at Ohata. As you enter Ohata, look for signs directing you to Shimokita Peninsula Quasi-National Park. The park is located at Ohata, Mutsu, Aomori 039-4401. Parking is available near the park entrance, but please note that some areas may require a small parking fee.

From Mutsu Station, take a local bus towards Ohata. The bus ride will take around 50 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may vary throughout the day. Once you arrive at the Ohata bus stop, walk towards the park entrance, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the stop. Look for signs directing you to Shimokita Peninsula Quasi-National Park. Be aware that bus fares will apply, typically ranging from 500 to 1,000 yen depending on your starting point.
