Walking
From Kyoto Station's Karasuma Exit, head south towards Kyoto Tower, which is visible from the station. It's approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs for Kyoto Tower and enter the Kyoto Tower Building. The JTB Kansai Tourist Information Center is located on the 3rd floor.
