Continue on Route 1 and merge onto the Kyoto Jukan Expressway. Take exit 1 for Arashiyama. Follow the signs toward Arashiyama and park in one of the designated parking areas. Note that parking can be limited, especially on weekends and holidays, so arrive early or check for available parking options in advance. Expect to pay around 800-1500 yen for parking depending on the duration.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, start by taking the JR Takarazuka Line from Settsu to Osaka Station. Change to the JR Kyoto Line and head towards Kyoto Station. Once at Kyoto Station, transfer to the JR Sagano Line (also known as the San-in Line) and take the train toward Saga-Arashiyama Station.
