Follow the expressway for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the exit for Kyoto. Once you exit, follow signs for Route 1 towards Kyoto City. To reach Kyoto City Rakusai Bamboo Park using public transportation, first take a train from Iyo to Kyoto Station.
