Follow the expressway for approximately 60 kilometers until you reach the exit for Kyoto. Once you exit, follow signs for Route 1 towards Kyoto City. As you approach Kyoto, continue to follow the signs for Nishikyo Ward. The park's address is 2 Chome-300-3 Oekitafukunishicho, Nishikyo Ward, Kyoto, 610-1112. Parking is available near the park, but be aware that there may be a fee of around 500 yen for parking.

To reach Kyoto City Rakusai Bamboo Park using public transportation, first take a train from Iyo to Kyoto Station.
