If you're traveling by car from Settsu, start by heading northeast on Route 171. Follow Route 171 for approximately 20 km until you reach the junction with Route 77. Merge onto Route 77 and continue for about 10 km. As you approach the city of Kyoto, follow the signs for Kurama and Kifune. You will eventually turn left onto Kuramakibunecho Road. Continue for about 2 km, and you will find Kifune-jinja Shrine - Yui no Yashiro (Nakamiya [Middle Shrine]) at 187 Kuramakibunecho, Sakyo Ward, Kyoto. Ensure you check for parking availability nearby, as it may incur additional costs.

Public Transportation
To reach Kifune-jinja Shrine by public transportation, take the JR train from Settsu to Kyoto Station (approximately 30 minutes). From Kyoto Station, transfer to the Eizan Railway and take the train to Kurama Station (around 30 minutes). Once you arrive at Kurama Station, exit the station and walk along the road towards Kifune, which is about a 30-minute walk. You will see signs directing you to Kifune-jinja Shrine - Yui no Yashiro (Nakamiya [Middle Shrine]). Please note that the train fare from Settsu to Kyoto Station may vary, and the Eizan Railway fare from Kyoto to Kurama is approximately 600 yen.
