Car
If you are driving in Settsu, head east on Route 170 towards Otsu. Continue on Route 170 for approximately 15 km until you reach the intersection with Route 161. Take a left onto Route 161, which will lead you towards the Otsu area. After about 5 km, keep an eye out for signs indicating Enryaku-ji Daikodo. You will need to turn onto Sakamotohonmachi Street. The temple will be located at 4220 Sakamotohonmachi. There is parking available near the temple.

Public Transportation
To reach Enryaku-ji Daikodo using public transport, start at Settsu Station. Take the JR train towards Kyoto and get off at Otsu Station. From Otsu Station, transfer to bus number 20 or 21, which will take you directly towards the Hieizan area. Get off at the 'Enryakuji' bus stop. From there, it's a short walk to the temple, located at 4220 Sakamotohonmachi. Follow the signs leading to Enryaku-ji Daikodo.
