From Tokyo Station, take the Marunouchi Line to Kasumigaseki Station. Once you arrive at Kasumigaseki Station, take the exit for 'Kasumigaseki 3-chome.' After exiting, head towards the main road and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the Sannenzaka slope.
