Getting There

Walking
If you are near Shinjuku Station, exit the station from the West Exit (Nishi-guchi). Once outside, you will see a large pedestrian plaza. Head towards the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, which is visible from the plaza. It's about a 10-15 minute walk. As you walk, keep the building on your left. You will pass the Shinjuku Park Tower and the Tokyo Opera City on your way. When you reach the traffic light at the intersection, cross the road, and you will find the entrance to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building right in front of you.
