If you are in downtown Henderson, start by heading south on Water Street. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with 1st Street. Turn left onto 1st Street and keep walking for another 0.3 miles until you reach the Henderson Riverfront. From there, follow the riverbank trail heading west for approximately 1 mile. You will eventually reach the intersection with 5th Avenue. Turn right onto 5th Avenue and walk for about 0.2 miles. You should see signs pointing towards Nelson's Landing.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start at the Henderson Community Center on 14th Street. Head north on 14th Street, then take a left onto Green Street. After about 0.6 miles, turn right onto the riverfront bike path. Follow this path for approximately 1.5 miles. As you near Nelson's Landing, keep an eye out for directional signs that will lead you directly to the site.

Take the Henderson City Bus Line (Bus #1) from downtown Henderson, boarding at the nearest stop. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop nearest to the Riverfront Park. From there, walk west along the riverbank for about 1 mile. When you reach the intersection with 5th Avenue, turn right; you will see Nelson's Landing within a short walk.
