From the heart of Old Town, head towards the Freedom Monument located in the Esplanade Park. From there, walk straight down the street called 'Aspazijas bulvāris'. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with 'Latviešu strēlnieku laukums'. The Museum of the Occupation of Latvia will be located at number 1 on your right-hand side.
