Public Transport
From the Glarus train station, take a local bus towards Betschwanden. Buses run regularly, but check the schedule in advance. Once in Betschwanden, follow the signs to Diesbachfall, a short walk from the bus stop. A single ticket within the Ostwind fare network, covering the Glarus-Netstal zone 902, costs approximately CHF 4. Note that tickets cannot be purchased on board.
Walking
From the center of Betschwanden, Diesbachfall is easily accessible by foot. Follow the signs towards the waterfall, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. The path is well-marked but can be uneven in places, so wear appropriate footwear. There are no specific costs associated with walking to the falls.
Car
From Uri, take the A2 highway south towards Glarus. Take the exit towards Glarus Süd and follow the signs for Glarus Süd, continuing on the main road. After about 10 km, you will reach Betschwanden. Look for signs directing you to Diesbachfall. Parking is available near the entrance to the waterfall. Parking is free. Be aware that parking can be limited during peak times.
